James Bond aka 'Tou San'?
Ok.. we watched that movie. Though I have no idea who the hell is the guy playing Agent 007, but I must say he did a pretty good job. What irks me is the gambling plot. This reminds me sooo much of Chow Sing Chi era of 'Tou San', 'Tou Sing', 'Tou Hap'... and whatever more 'Tou' you can think of.
Why?? It doesn't make sense. No one can predict and win like that other than Chow Sing Chi! No one can 'sai-lang' like that other than Chow Sing Chi! Hey... they stole the 'Tou San' idea, didn't they? Tsk tsk tsk.... none at all original!
I want my Chow Sing Chi on that table... and I bet he will beat 007... Flat!
Vote for Your Favourite MuShRooM
Ok... Please help me decide. Yeah... I'm darn free. I finally found the perfect cute 'lil MuShRooM pic as the logo for my blog. I tested the water by displaying the logo next to my profile. But it wasn't that good looking coz it has a white background. But still... I want my hard work and effort known.

Reality Bites...
I can't believe my 2 weeks of holiday in Homeland is already over! It was like yesterday when I touched down at KLIA and complained about the hot weather. To make matter worst, today's flight was completely full and I couldn't even get a seat next to my Hubby. We were sitting 9 rows apart! Thank God it was a Boeing (for some reason, I don't like sitting in an Airbus).
It's a sad day... I miss home and family. Not sure when I will be visiting home again. :(

Wahhhh... Impressive!
Maybank Customer Service
I got locked from my Maybank2U.com for having too many password attempts. Darn! Frustrated, I called up the customer service which, I am pretty sure that the will be no answer (it was almost 11pm). To my surprised, the phone was picked up after a few rings and the customer service rep on the other line introduced herself, was very fluent in english, very helpful, very knowledgeable, very polite, gave me full instructions and advice on what I need to do to get back with my online banking and addresed me by my name.
Wahhh... Impressive!
Maybank Banking Hall
Second day in KL. I went to Maybank in Jln Bkt Bintang. I need to withdraw money from my current account and I can't use the ATM due to the limit per day. I went to the queue counter, explain my needs, and was told in the most polite and efficient way on what I need to fill in. I got the form filled and went to take the queue number. As I was heading up to the banking hall, I heard my queue number being 'ding-dong'. What??? So fast?? I have to run up to the respective counter and I told the front desk officer.. "wow.. this is too fast". She served me with the most polite smile, fast service and at then end of the service, wished me Happy New Year.
Wahhh... Impressive!
Post Office
Third day. I need to renew my driving license. I went to a post office somewhere in PJ. I took a queue number and sigh... I have to wait for 20 customers ahead of me. So I sat and waited. In about 5 minutes... it was my turn. Wah... so fast ah?? Since when they became so efficient one??
Wahhhh... Impressive!
I am not sure whether its because I am so used to the slow and impolite service in China. But everything in Malaysia seems so perfect! I am truly impressed! Syabas to Maybank and the Post Office that I went to. Keep up the good work!

In Search of the Perfect Pillow
I'm having sleepless nights in Shanghai... thanks to my 'no-where-close-to-comfort' pillow. After moving to Shanghai and within a year, I have changed my pillow for as many, (or as little) as 3 times.Pillow No 1 - Mr Cheapo
Ok. I admit... I am a cheap-skate. But can't blame myself as when we first moved here, we have plenty of stuffs to buy. So I just took the cheapest pillow available from the shelves of Carrefour. Mr Cheapo was so flat that I am almost not sleeping on any pillow at all. He is the typical stingy type without much filling within, thus, nothing much to hug. My relationship with Mr Cheapo didn’t last long. After a month or so, it was time to say goodbye.
Pillow No 2 - Mr Fluffy
Something much more expensive. Very fluffy and hmmm... feels good. I had many sweet dreams with Mr Fluffy. And then one day... the dreams turned into my nightmare! What on earth happened??? Have I done anything wrong? I have no idea... was it because he was made in China? He has lost the bounciness that used to be there when I needed it. I can no longer feel the fluffiness within Mr Fluffy. Darn… time to change. At least, my relationship with Mr Fluffy lasted for a couple of months.
Pillow No 3 - Mr Hard
Ok… I know… Mr Hard… and he is really hard. Mr. Hard are one of those ‘Recommended by Chiropractor’ type… supposed to be good for your back, health, blah..blah..blah…He is so darn hard… that I think I am sleeping on a piece of rock! I can’t handle this anymore. Time to call it quits with Mr Hard.
Sigh… after all these love and hate relationships with all the pillows that I have slept with… perhaps there is one final conclusion.
To find the perfect pillow, is like finding the perfect man. Even if you found him, he may never remain perfect, forever.

Baby Blues?
"I have a confession to make, i dreamt of you having a kid last night"
I was like WHAT!!!???? I mean... are there any relevance of this dream?
I don't remember having any sort of baby conversation with this friend of mine. And here goes the rest of it:
...He is a boy ...He is about 3 or 4 yrs old ...He is fair ...He has big round eyes ...He is cute
And Nic is loving this little baby boy in his dream.
Is this truly a coincidence or what? Last night I was watching Sex & The City on the episode where Charlotte and Trey was planning for a baby. They were making love every night for this reason until one day, Charlotte invited a friend over for dinner. Her friend brought her 3 kids and during dinner, the kids were throwing tantrums and crying... etc. Charlotte and Trey stopped making love from that day onwards.
What they went through is almost exactly what I've been through. (NO...Not the love making part, ok!) Few years ago, I was so determined to be a Mother. I was all geared up and ready for pregnancy. Then I'm not really sure what hits me, I just throw the idea of having a baby down the drain. I guess I got scared after seeing some of my relatives and friends with kids... running around restaurants... screaming... yelling... crying...
NO-NO-NO! No way I wanna go through these. I'll go crazy!!! Why do we need to have kids? Is it a must for all married couples to have kids? Geeez.... Nic's dream really got me scared. And what's weird is the fact that I watched the very episode on Baby making last night.
Are there any relevance in this 2 incident, or is this just pure coincidence? Anyway... here's something cute I found on the web: Cute Baby Angel!

The Birth...
Why Purple-Mushroom? I was initially thinking about Pink-Lollipop (yeah, lame... both of it) but alas! Pink-Lollipop have been taken up by someone who did nothing but to waste such a lovely name in blogspot. So, given that I kinda love the color purple, and I kind love mushroom, ok... let's call this place the Purple-Mushroom.
All I need now is a birth logo. Wah... sai mmm sai ah?? Yes... not because this is so important, but it simply because I am so freakin' free!
Ok... so here goes the beginning of everything... and the end of nothing... !!!
